What the portal is for

The portal connects people dealing with a life event to companies offering related services or properties. We introduce the two sides — the service contract is between you and the company, not with us.

No payments flow through the portal today. We charge you nothing for the introduction.

Account

An account is personal and should not be shared. The account holder is responsible for content created under it. You can delete your account at any time in My account.

Company content and its review

Listings, brand pages and articles are created by companies. We do not review every listing in advance, but every public item has a report button and reports are assessed by a person.

If we remove or pause content, the company is told why and can appeal. A person reviews the appeal, and the company always receives an answer — even when the appeal is refused.

Reviews

Only someone with a completed booking made through the portal can review a company. Reviews are published without a name, as a “verified customer”. The company has the right to reply.

What does not belong here

• illegal content and offers of goods or services that may not be sold,
• discriminatory conditions, particularly in housing and employment,
• misleading claims about an offer, its price or availability,
• content you have no right to, and other people’s personal data without their knowledge.

Trial operation

The portal is under development. Features may change and data from trial operation may be deleted before public launch. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Some content is marked as a sample — such listings are not real and exist only to demonstrate the portal.
