Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right plan?
Three numbers decide: how many listings you have published at once, how many people will work in the system and which features you need (CRM in full, an AI agent above 350 tasks a month, agent statistics, priority placement). The assistant at the top of the page picks by the same numbers. You can change the plan at any time, so there is no point buying ahead.
When am I charged and what if I change the plan mid-period?
You pay in advance for the chosen period. A plan change applies immediately: when moving up, the difference is charged pro rata for the remaining days; when moving down, you keep everything you have, but above the new limit you cannot add new items until you drop below the limit or buy extra.
What happens when the Trial ends?
The Trial lasts 30 days and is free. When it ends you stay on the Trial: your listings remain published on In The City and your data remains; exports to other portals and paid features are switched off. Once you pay for a plan, everything is switched back on.
What does “in preparation” mean?
The item is part of the plan but is not finished yet; the label carries the date by which we will deliver it. It is not priced separately and the plan price does not change when it is completed.
